Working Principle and Structure Feature
ZG series uses specially designed vibrating motor or matched two motors to drive exciter, and then make feed tank vibrate to and fro in a straight line along the tilt direction, thus can achieve the purpose of coal supply.
When the vertical component of acceleration of the feed tanks vibration is greater than acceleration due to gravity, slot of the coal was tossed, then leap forward in accordance with the parabolic trajectory of movement, throw up, and drop in an instance. As a continuous source of vibration excitation gives coal chutes a continuous vibration, coal slot jump straight forward.
