Characteristics and Applications

WLZS series cold mine vibrating are widely used in metallurgy industry to accomplish classification whrer temperature is lower than 150.Base on the working situation, the motor can be installed in left side or right side. According to the install location of motor and exciting machine, vibrating screen can be divided two categories: upper vibrating and bottom vibration. We can design and manufature different types vibrating screen according to customer requirements.

 

Working Principle and Structure feature

WLZS series vibrating screen is driven to rotate synchronously in different directions by two same vibrating motors,make the screen body periodical to-and-fro linear move to achieve screen classification purpose.The crossbeam and side board of screen is made of stainless steel plate, rivet are used to connect side board and beam to decrease internal stress and good fastness.The sieve plate of this series are made of wearable material, this series have the advantages such as heat-resistant, ametabolic,long life,easy assembling.This series use quadric second isolated vibrating equipment, so it can decrease concussion to foundation and reduce foundation cost.
