Operation and maintenance
1. Flange exciter is to install two flanges on both side boards of screen. Please, keep the phase angle in the same direction when installing.
2. Add lubricant to exciter once every 3-5 months. The exciter should be to inspect the tightness of its bolts once every 4-6 months, and to check the abrasion of its bearing once a year. Please, add to the capacity 2/3 advisable if to replace the lubricant.
4. Exciter's bolts should be checked once a week to keep tightening.
